Deals and Discount Finder Save More with These Chrome
You purchased a high-ticket item on Black Friday last year and were bragging that you got the best price only to get disappointed when your colleague got the same for 20% cheaper. That would have hurt and I have felt those feelings too. The solution? Read on to find out.

If you want to be on that side of thrifty spenders, you need to take help from the internet and technology. That is how I save money, especially during the times of sales period. Where do you start?

Install these Google Chrome extensions that will compare prices for you, apply discount coupons, or find cashback offers for you on similar items. Let me walk you through them in detail.

PayPal Honey: Automatic Coupons & Cash Back

This one is from PayPal and if you have listened to a tech-y thrifty spender talk about how they save money, they will likely have mentioned Honey as one of their main weapons when it comes to shopping.

What does it do? Consider it your shopping assistant. While you shop online, it searches across the web and finds the best possible pricing for the products in the droplist. Once it finds the lowest price product, it will notify you. On top of that, Honey also checks whether a discount code or coupon is available for a certain product.

On top of that top, it lets you compare the pricing from the Amazon sellers and 3rd party Amazon sellers. It is a great way to save money if your primary shopping place is Amazon.

As a cherry on top, if you use PayPal for most of your purchases, you have good news from me: you get points and cashback via the PayPal payment system.

All in all, it is going to be your partner in your shopping spree especially during the sales season when things will be sold out quickly. Another partner you need is a reliable internet during the peak shopping season. For me, it is Xfinity that offers affordable internet deals, and reliable connectivity for a seamless shopping experience.

Rakuten: Get Cash Back for Shopping

This one is another great extension that I have been personally using to get cashback.

The real name from which you will be able to search this extension is Cash Back Button. This extension is pretty simple to use. Just install it in your Google Chrome browser and it will search and apply the coupons automatically. The extension displays exactly how much you are saving right on the Google search.

One of the best things I love about Cash Back Button is that it doesn’t need the user to go to the Rakuten portal first as it will apply the coupon directly on the online store’s page.

It also searches for other coupons if you are shopping on other websites like Shopify or even Amazon.

Cently: Automatic Coupons

Whether you are shopping for new sneakers at Nike or beauty products at Sephora, Cently will hunt down the best possible coupons for you to save money.

Cently claims to work for thousands of stores across the web and I have found it extremely useful. It is another extension that you should add to your Chrome browser for automated savings via coupons.

As the icing on the cake, you not only get discount codes via Cently but cashback offers across the most famous online retail.

CouponCabin Sidekick – Coupons & Cash Back

If you want something that is easy to use without much fuss, CouponCabin is the way to go.

You get to save your hard earned by automated application of coupons at checkout. Powered by Sidekick, the extension claims to have database of 6000 online retail outlet to make you all set with your favorite retails.

It is essentially another alternative to the extensions I have mentioned above. So, do check it out.

Capital One Shopping: Save Now

Have you stopped visiting the Walmart and instead buy from the online? The Capital One Shopping is going to be perfect for you. It offers special offers for Walmart online retail. Some of them are cashback while mostly are related to the discount codes.

While it is great for Walmart online retail, it does work well for other brands like Nike and Crocs. Just install it in your browser and that is it. It will do its work by doing the AI-powered search for you and will automatically apply the coupons for you (if found).
